Create a PvP Flag system, in order to Allow players to choose between enabling or disabling free-world PvP on a per-character basis. Basically combining the idea of "Sacred Haven" into a full-pvp server.
Choice would be made before exiting Raza is allowed.
Non-PvP flagged characters would still be allowed to participate in guild/shield PvP, arenas, the assassin's game, and any future opt-in PvP scenarios.
PvP flagged characters would be allowed to participate in PvP at 50 hitpoints.
To be given a global option to allow administrators to enable or disable this system.
EnableWorldPKFlags() - Enables the system
DisableWorldPKFlags() - Disables the system
pbWorldPKFlagsEnabled - 0|1
pbWorldPKFlagEnabled - 0|1
Would existing characters be automatically flagged for PvP when this option is enabled?
We should consider if PvP characters would still need angels until 50 HP, or to revert those to 30.
