733 - Touch Spells: Add a static variable for light
734 - Ignore Windows Shortcuts
736 - Fix bugs with kills while killer is offline (firewall). Prevent monsters from hitting other monsters they can't reach (i.e. Kriipa and groundworms).
737 - Remove improve penalty from origin of the kriipa
741 - Set NPCs permanently in STATE_WAIT (disable move/chase timer).
744 - Increase speed and fix formatting of messages in nomoveon.kod.

Update 15 Hotfix 1 (1.0.5.1) Patch Notes

Changes
----------------

- Stopped monsters spawning on top of each other.
- Skill improvement penalty (90% less chance to improve) removed from Origin of Kriipa.
- Monsters (i.e. minions) are now unable to hit Kriipa on ceilings and buried groundworms.
- Light effect adjusted for touch spells. ToF now gives 20 light, Zap 15 and Holy Touch 10.
- Fixed a bug preventing players taking penalties (i.e. revenant, kill counter increment) for killing a player while they are offline, for example with Firewall.
- Fixed a spell failed message not displaying to the player when Animate fails due to the body disappearing.
- Removed 'move timers' from NPCs and improved the speed of some of the movement code to reduce load on the server.
- Allow unguilded players to have reflections in guild-only PvP screens (safety checks prevent issues now).
